Box Truck/Sprinter Van Owner-Operator – Expedited Freight Jobs in San Bernardino at Sierra Expediting Inc
Sierra Expediting is expanding our expedited freight network and currently onboarding professional sprinter van, box truck, and straight truck owner-operators.
This is a nationwide independent contractor / owner-operator opportunity, not a company driver position. We are looking to partner with reliable operators who own or operate their own equipment and want to add another freight source to their business.
We are not looking to overpromise constant freight. Opportunities vary depending on equipment, location, availability, lanes, and customer demand.
Equipment We Are Onboarding
Sprinter vans / cargo vans
24’–26’ box trucks
Small straight trucks
Large straight trucks
Dock-height trucks preferred
Liftgate-equipped trucks preferred
Pallet jack, straps, blankets, and E-track are a plus

Requirements
Must operate your own sprinter van, box truck, or straight truck
Valid driver’s license
Active MC authority preferred
Reliable communication
Proper insurance and operating documents required before onboarding
Experience with expedited, medical, trade show, dedicated, or time-sensitive freight is a plus
Insurance Requirements
Commercial Auto Liability: $1,000,000 minimum
Cargo Insurance: $100,000 minimum
Sierra Expediting must be listed as Certificate Holder and Additional Insured before dispatch

Earnings Note: This is a revenue-based opportunity. Earnings vary depending on accepted loads, equipment type, availability, lanes, and customer demand. This is not a guaranteed weekly wage.
Pay: $1,000.00 – $5,000.00 per week
