Hawaii Foodservice Alliance (HFA) is Hawai‘i’s largest local supplier of perishable foods and logistics, serving grocery stores, retailers, and businesses across the islands.
We’re looking for dependable and motivated Delivery Driver & Merchandisers to join our Kaua‘i team. This role combines local deliveries with in-store merchandising support and is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, staying active, and working independently while supporting customers across the island.
No CDL required.
At HFA, our team helps keep Hawai‘i fed every day through safe deliveries, organized store displays, and strong customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Drive company box trucks to customer locations across Kaua‘i
- Deliver products to grocery store and retail accounts
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products on store shelves and displays
- Load and unload products for deliveries and pickups
- Verify invoices, credits, and delivery paperwork
- Safely operate company vehicles while following company and DOT regulations
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Support warehouse operations as needed (approximately 80% driving / 20% warehouse support)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current PUC Medical Certificate
- Clean and verifiable driving record
- Knowledge of Kaua‘i routes preferred
- Comfortable working in tight delivery areas and active environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Willingness to support warehouse operations as needed
- Comfortable with physically active work, including lifting, stocking, and merchandising products
Previous delivery, merchandising, warehouse, or route experience is a plus, but not required.
