We offer dedicated routes that allow you to return home every day, daily support from our OPS managers, dispatchers, and administrative team. We are looking for a hard-working loyal box truck driver to start asap! Daily pick up and deliveries. We are looking for a dedicated driver who is willing to work 40+ hours a week..
Job Overview:
- To safely operate a 26 foot box with a lift gate.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Full-Time
- $18 per hour
- Route: Daily transfer route
Essential Functions:
- Ability to safely operate a 26 ft. box truck with lift gate
- Ability to back-up truck
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Ability to complete the required information/paperwork properly (i.e. logs, haul sheets, perform case counts, etc.)
- Ability to operate auxiliary equipment as required (i.e., operate electric pallet jack, forklift, etc.)
- Ability to accomplish the loading, unloading of freight (as needed), perform counts, break down pallets, and install load blocks
- Ability to safely check (VIR’s) vehicles, before and after trips and at all times
Non-Essential Functions:
- Other duties as assigned (i.e. entering and exiting equipment safely, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications Needed to Perform Essential Job Functions:
- Experience
- Box Truck experience is a must
- Forklift experience a plus
- Pallet Jack experience is a plus
- Sit down propane forklift experience is a plus
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Three or less moving violations in previous three years
- No major preventable accidents in previous three years
- Must fill out DOT ELD
- Required to open and lock building after hours

Education:
- Ability to read and write English
Knowledge/Skills:
- Meet or exceed minimum standards of commercial truck driving, take direction, able to read and understand road maps
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle
- Ability to safely load and unload trucks
