Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by installing a range of appliances. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with innovative equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and set up appliances such as dishwashers, over the range microwaves, cooktops, single/double wall ovens, range hoods and other household units according to manufacturer specifications and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, mechanical drawings, and electrical diagrams to guide installations.
- Communication with the office is vital
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining installation procedures, addressing questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance installation, service technician roles, or field service positions involving electrical or mechanical systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, and equipment installation techniques.
- Ability to assemble appliances installations accurately in accordance with safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Physical capability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
- Valid drivers license required
- This position is for a 1099 contractor. Liability Insurance required. Van and Tools needed.
