Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and delivery vehicles to transport appliances to customer locations efficiently.
- Deliver appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and other household equipment while maintaining a focus on safety and timeliness.
- Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications, schematics, and technical manuals, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Conduct basic appliance repairs or troubleshooting on-site when necessary, including electrical or mechanical issues.
- Use mechanical knowledge to assemble appliances and connect electrical or plumbing components as required.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing clear instructions on appliance operation and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Complete detailed delivery logs, installation reports, and service documentation accurately for each job performed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in appliance repair, electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, and equipment repair.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for installation and troubleshooting purposes.
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Field service experience in appliance installation or service technician roles is highly desirable.
- Basic assembly skills for appliances and related equipment.

Pay: $150.00 – $200.00 per day
