Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appliance Delivery & Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering and installing kitchen appliances and laundry. Your expertise will ensure customers receive exceptional service, their appliances are installed correctly, and any issues are promptly addressed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with outstanding customer service, making a tangible difference in our customers’ daily lives.
Duties
- Safely operate delivery vehicles such as box trucks to transport appliances to customer locations.
- Accurately deliver appliances, ensuring timely and damage-free transportation.
- Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and schematics, including refrigerators, washers, dryers and ranges, etc.
- Conduct equipment assembly and ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction after delivery and installation.
Requirements
- Prior appliance installation experience is preferred.
- Prior delivery driver experience using box trucks or similar vehicles is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- A positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating a box truck required.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances safely and work in various environments under different conditions. Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
