Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for corporate clients
• Oversee the logistics of transportation arrangements
• Ensure accurate customs documentation for all flights
• Organize catering and accommodation services for clients
• Perform data entry and manage follow-ups on invoices
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with air ambulance or charter operations
• Knowledge of Canadian aviation regulations a plus
